Description
Binds to the polyamine modulatory site of NMDA Spermine is essential for both normal and neoplastic tissue growth. It is involved in the modulation of calcium-dependent immune processes. It plays an important role in cellular proliferation and differentiation as well as inhibits neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS).

ApplicationsSe lie au site modulateur de polyamine de NMDA Spermine, est essentiel pour la croissance des tissus normaux et néoplasiques. Il est impliqué dans la modulation des processus immunitaires dépendants du calcium. Il joue un rôle important dans la prolifération et la différenciation cellulaires, ainsi que dans l’inhibition de la synthase de l’oxyde nitrique neuronal (NNOS).
Solubilité
Soluble dans le chloroforme, le méthanol, l’eau et les alcools inférieurs. Insoluble dans l’éther, le benzène et l’éther de pétrole.
Remarques
Sensible à l’air et hygroscopique. Stocker dans un endroit frais. Incompatible avec les acides, les chlorures acides, les anhydrides d’acides et les agents oxydants.
