Description
Chloroquine diphosphate salt is used to study the role of endosomal acidification in cellular processes, such as the signaling of intracellular TLRs. It can be used as DNA intercalator & to dissociate antigen antibody complexes without denaturing red blood cell antigens. Chloroquine showed very high antiviral activity against NiV but very little activity against the other viruses at concentrations lower than 20 μM.

ApplicationsLe sel de diphosphate de chloroquine est utilisé pour étudier le rôle de l’acidification endosomique dans les procédés cellulaires, notamment la signalisation des TLR intracellulaires. Il peut être utilisé comme intercalant d’ADN & pour dissocier les complexes d’anticorps antigènes sans dénaturer les antigènes des globules rouges. La chloroquine a montré une très grande activité antivirale contre le NiV mais très peu d’activité contre les autres virus à des concentrations inférieures à 20 µ M.
Solubilité
Soluble dans l’eau.
Remarques
Stocker dans des conditions fraîches et sèches et dans des récipients bien scellés. Garder le récipient hermétiquement fermé.
