Description

Sodium deoxycholate monohydrate is used as a solubilization agent for estrogen synthetase from human placental microsomes. It is also used to study the immobilization of lipoxygenase in an alginate-silicate gel matrix and to investigate the in vitro dissolution of gall stones.

Applications
Le monohydrate de désoxycholate de sodium est utilisé comme agent de solubilisation de l‘œstrogène synthétase à partir de microsomes placentaires humains.
